What data do I collect?
Only what you give me through the form or by email: your name, email address, business name or website, the package you chose and your message.
Why, and on what legal basis?
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). I never use it for marketing and never sell it.
How long do I keep it?
Up to 1 year after your enquiry is closed. If we sign a contract, for as long as accounting and tax law requires. I delete it earlier on request.
Who receives it?
Processors: Formspree (form delivery), Google/Gmail (email), Cloudflare (hosting and cookie-free analytics). They may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser's local storage and contains no personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and ask for a copy of your data. Email me and I'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the Hungarian authority NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11., naih.hu) or a court.
